I was not a happy camper when I opened up the box and saw this product.There are no instructions included in putting this together... i am a single mother and i am NOT that great with assembly (lol).The keys shift back and forth and the "label" for the keys is way too long for the keyboard itself.However, i did not throw the box out of the window like i originally wanted.

I did have someone come over and put this together for me.No, the sound is not as "perfect" as they describe it.It's more chimey than anything.But for the price and shipping, you get what you pay for.My daughter doesn't know the difference and she absolutely loves it.If you want a better sound, i'd suggest going with a more expensive model, but for my 12 month old, this is perfect.It's just a toy!
